Everything you need to write about Memo. You are welcome to use these texts and assets in coverage of the app. Please do not alter the icon.
One line
Memo turns a voice recording into a transcript, a summary and a title, on the iPhone itself or in the cloud.
One paragraph
Memo is a voice-notes app for iPhone. Record a thought, a meeting or a call, and Memo returns a transcript, a summary, a title and an emoji, then lets you ask questions about what was said. Every recording runs on one of two engines the user picks: On-device AI, which transcribes with Apple's speech model and summarises with Apple Intelligence so the audio never leaves the phone, or Cloud AI, which handles every iPhone and more than 99 languages. Memo was shown in the WWDC26 keynote. It is free, with a Memo Pro subscription for higher limits.
Who makes Memo
Memo is made by an independent developer who publishes several apps on the App Store.
